Are you ready to stop surviving and start thriving?
To support you or your organization in preventing burnout and enhancing wellbeing, Enkindle Global’s activity focuses on four main areas:
Strategic process facilitation for an organizational culture of wellbeing
We step in to help your organization stand out as a system that nourishes its human parts. From the top management to every one of the workers, we conduct a current assessment of the wellbeing status, we create with you a bold vision for the desired situation, and we bridge the gap between the vision and the current reality – by equipping you with advanced possible practices and facilitating a process for building a strategic plan to ingrain wellbeing in the organization DNA.
Hands-on training focused on wellbeing practices and routines
We use a Participatory Leadership approach to provide a training which is highly professional and practical, and engaging at the same time. The content is heavily leaned on research and proven knowledge, yet the focus is on your needs and challenges, allowing all the voices in the room to be heard and tapping into the collective wisdom of the participants.
Local events & meet-ups
This is your chance to go GLOCAL – using the vast experience gained worldwide by Enkindle Global elaborated team of experts, while acting locally with your relevant circles.
If you’re keen to hold an event collaboratively with us, and/or set a local hub around cultivating wellbeing towards social change – we’re here to support you in every step of the way.
Mentoring & capacity circles
We provide mentoring on the following topics:
- Avoiding burnout
- Stress management
- Wellbeing practices
Mentoring is available for social-impact/leadership/sustainability programs, social impact accelerators, as well as for entrepreneurs in every step of their journey. One of our professional and experienced experts will be assigned as a mentor according to your specific need and request.
Capacity circles are a safe space to practice together and could be organized virtually or in-person. Circles are supported by group mentoring, peer-to-peer coaching, and facilitated dialogues.
