I trust the process

What Enkindle means to you?

The passion to change to world for the better could be motivating and painful at the same time. I play with this question: How do we keep from being caught up in a harming “passionate mode” and get burnt, or even burnt out? Enkindle is my commitment to build and maintain the balance within the passion to change, and a constant reminder that leaders don’t have to suffer in order to eliminate world suffering.

How do you see a thriving future society?

A society that respects all humans and their values; a society that honors people for their contribution to social change rather than for their status, position or authority; a society that allows every voice to be heard – even if it makes us a little uncomfortable.

What are your super-powers that you’d like to gift to the world?

I harness my listening and facilitation skills to bring about social change. Listening to social needs as well as to other people – and facilitating the process accordingly. My experience, capacity and will to engage people in a meaningful dialogue and then take it into action, are what I want to gift to my social & professional circles.

I walk with trust

What Enkindle means to you?

I see Enkindle both as a natural next step for me as well as a new beginning. I have joined different networks and worked side by side with people who sincerely want to create change in a polarised world and every time with the individual in focus. I truly believe that change will never happen until every individual take full responsibility for ones actions, values and choices. I fully believe that a fundamental change is possible – not to mention necessary – but that I have to begin with myself and support you to work with yourself. To me, change is built on trust: for myself and my possibilities, for the people that surround me, for society and our world. Although my life has been challenging in many ways, I have always had an irrepressible trust to life itself; the knowledge that I and we hold the possibility of change within our hands. Meeting Davida, Rebecca and Megan became the start of a new process: to create an organisation and co-work directly with other people who want this as well. Enkindle and the gathering in Sweden is the starting point for something new. Enkindle will support others and ourselves to ignite a transformational process towards change. As the awareness awaken in more and more people, the circles widen and the wave of change starts rolling into Awareness which creates Compassion and build the Action.

How do you see a thriving future society?

In my mind it all starts with personal responsibility, awareness and true compassion. When we realize that we are all connected, humans as well as all living things on this planet and beyond, and take full responsibility for that it becomes impossible to kill, persecute, exploit, diminish, destroy and hate. A thriving society is a society built on trust, tolerance, patience and compassion. That is the society I wish to pass on to my children and the coming generations.

What are your super-powers that you’d like to gift to the world?

My sense of trust and my highly sensitive personality, HSP. They help me perceive others and the world and also provide me with perseverance. It´s not always easy, but I´ve come to appreciate these powers more over the years.

What Enkindle means to you?

Enkindle is a means to give to the community that I believe to be essential to this phase of life on Earth. We all need each other and even more we need the leaders to be able to lead. Having more than twenty-five years in the health and wellness world and worked directly with people with burnout, I can say that the work we are doing in the world can only continue to be done if we pace ourselves by nurturing and caring first for ourselves and then those in our social spheres. Personally, I am committed to myself, this “Awesome Team”, the Enkindle community and the world.

How do you see a thriving future society?

I believe a thriving society actively cares for the interconnection between all life. When one suffers, we all suffer.

What are your super-powers that you’d like to gift to the world?

My super power of understanding ethics and systems both separately and in their interplay effecting our personal and collective choices.

What Enkindle means to you?

When I think of the word Enkindle, I envision a cycle of flowing energy. As it ignites, the energy grows, transforms and gets stronger, illuminating a bright energy that flows through all of us when we come together.

How do you see a thriving future society?

A thriving future society means shifting our consciousness, changing our actions and coming together to heal the things that desperately need to change (ignite). In order for things to change we must become more aware of our own actions and become transparent in how we live (transform). Working together to create changes allows and encourages bigger shifts, transforming a thriving future society (illuminate).

What are your super-powers that you’d like to gift to the world?

I’ve always been extremely sensitive to people’s energy and have a high level of emotional intelligence. As I have become more aware of this and see it more as a strength rather than a hindrance, it has allowed me to understand others more clearly.

I want to help people become more self aware, learn to accept and use their own super-powers, helping them see things differently, giving them new perspectives and balance in their daily lives.

What Enkindle means to you?

I see Enkindle much like building a fire: the wood is in place, the match has lit the paper, the kindling is crackling, and you give that gentle breath that sets things ablaze. Depending on if you’re building a cooking fire or a bonfire, you have to add fuel and keep fanning. We are supporting a community of leaders with tools, the right environment and encouragement to help changemakers ignite and maintain their glow.

How do you see a thriving future society?

I see a thriving future society as one where we care for the earth and we care for each other. Our top priority is how we feel and not what we have, and value is placed on authenticity, compassion, and kindness.

What are your super-powers that you’d like to gift to the world?

My ability to relax and enjoy life

Keep calmly knowing change

What Enkindle means to you?

Enkindle is a community that seeks to bring change through positive energy, respect, compassion and collaboration. A community where we are inspired and inspire leaders to bring about much needed courageous transformation to create a world where there is the possibility for every living being to flourish.

How do you see a thriving future society?

A society that is based on the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion. A society that operates from a place of acceptance, kindness, and compassion. Changes begin with each of us recognizing our own potential blind-spots, taking steps to improve inclusiveness and creating ways to deepen our engagement and collaboration to create this society

What are your super-powers that you’d like to gift to the world?

I’m a very calm and open person. I approach people and situations with a non-judgemental mindset. This allows me to see others perspectives and to be open to new ideas. It has allowed me to listen deeply and hold space for another.

I want to help people cultivate greater compassion. For me, compassion isn’t a weakness but instead a compassionate person has the qualities of seeing a world of multiple colors, has the courage and determination, is warm and friendly and makes the commitment to taking responsibility to genuinely not turn away from problems but to act even if it’s only small steps at a time. Our troubled world need more leaders who embrace compassion.
